Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of existing renewable energy systems to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborate with energy providers and government agencies to identify and secure incentives and grants for renewable energy projects.

  • Educate residents and staff on energy-efficient practices and the benefits of renewable energy.

  • Research and recommend innovative renewable energy technologies to enhance sustainability efforts.

  • Ensure all renewable energy systems comply with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy system design, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of solar, wind, and other renewable energy technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for system optimization and troubleshooting.

  • Effective communication skills to educate and collaborate with residents, staff, and agencies.

  • Certification in renewable energy systems or energy management is preferred.
