Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of Highline Residence.

• Conduct audits to assess energy and resource usage, waste generation, and overall environmental performance.

• Collaborate with departments to create and execute strategies for reducing carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly initiatives.

• Stay informed about environmental regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• Lead educational programs on sustainable living and environmental conservation for residents and staff.

• Analyze audit findings to propose and implement practical solutions for enhanced sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in environmental sustainability or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and resource management.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to conduct audits and develop actionable strategies.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and community members.

• Certification in sustainability practices or environmental management is an advantage.
